We have once previously done this ourselves but this time our efforts were not successful despite several smelly and laborious hours of trying. Tommy and Gordon came round and were really polite and helpful from the offset. I was meant to have a survey but they listens to what I thought was the problem, told they understood and said they didn't need to carry out a survey and could unblock the drain. They then started work, got the problem sorted and gave me some advice on how to maintain the drain going forward.
