Can't speak highly enough of the service we received from Happy Drains. Called them up because we had a blocked drain...manhole overflowing! Lady we spoke to was very efficient, booked us in the next day and then called first thing to confirm time. Really pleasant and helpful engineer (Tommy) came, reassured us that it probably wouldn't be anything serious, he flushed it out (fat berg!), cleaned everything down and disinfected the area. Gave really good advice about maintenance but didn't push to sell us anythingl. Honestly, trust these guys, proper old fashioned customer service.
