Happy Drains sent Alex who was superbly focused and dedicated. He rapidly identified the blocked kitchen sink that had not been resolved by a plumber was a drainage issue (as suspected), found the drains, identified the correct one linked to the kitchen, sent a camera down to find the blockage, and rinsed it away with high pressure water jet. Took an hour, with a lot accomplished. No additional or unexpected charges. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat.
