Have used Happy Drains before after unsuccessful attempts with other firms. As always, the chap who comes out to do the work is friendly, well trained and gets the job done in that visit. No nonsense about add on charges or not understanding what the problem could be. In this particular instance for us, it was a trivial issue and no major work was required, but the draining issue was sorted which is the main thing. If you do have any draining issue and want a fair and honest company, then this is your best bet in the area without a doubt.

He not only did what was needed to unblock the drain he also came up with an excellent suggestion that the rat protection valve be moved to a better position which he was prepared to do and it solved future problems. He also discovered another restriction which was as a result of defective workmanship by Thames Water. In addition he was a very easy person to deal with.
