No nonsense about add on charges or not understanding what the problem could be. In this particular instance for us, it was a trivial issue and no major work was required, but the draining issue was sorted which is the main thing. He also discovered another restriction which was as a result of defective workmanship by Thames Water. In addition he was a very easy person to deal with.
