Have used Happy Drains before after unsuccessful attempts with other firms. As always, the chap who comes out to do the work is friendly, well trained and gets the job done in that visit. No nonsense about add on charges or not understanding what the problem could be. In this particular instance for us, it was a trivial issue and no major work was required, but the draining issue was sorted which is the main thing. He also discovered another restriction which was as a result of defective workmanship by Thames Water. In addition he was a very easy person to deal with.
