Severely blocked external drain and sewer

"I contacted Happy Drains first thing in the day and was promised a visit with a half-hour phone notice. The visit was punctual. It transpired that the blockage involved a neighbour's manhole, but that was no problem nor extra charge in order to clear the combined blockage. The technician who unblocked the drains could not have been more helpful, understanding and cheerful considering the foul job he had to do! If it happens again, I'll certainly call Happy Drains again. Many thanks."

"We had a blockage under the house on the drain that runs from the kitchen sink. A friend who is actually an engineer who specifies drains sad he had used Happy Drains and they were good. The engineer arrived on time and used his camera to locate the blockage which was fat and some sort of sauce that had congealed in the drain. He then used a high pressure water lance to loosen the deposit and then wash it out of the drain. All done in about 50 mins. The fixed fee of £95 plus Vat means you know where you stand and you also get a 60 day guarantee. I would definitely use Happy Drains again."
