When the employee arrived, he was very professional, and managed to find the issue quickly. The blockage wasn't easy to remove (stones and mud from a collapsed pipe) and needed some extra persuasion, but eventually the water was running clear through the pipes - much to our delight. This pipe and drain had been giving us issues since we moved into the house last May. I would gladly recommend this company to others

Engineer called when he was on his way, he was very professional and talked me through what he was going to do.
