I moved into my new flat only to find that the prior owner had left me a spectacularly blocked kitchen sink. It filled up when running the tap and dishwasher, and overflowed when I ran the washing machine. Got a plumber to check u-bend, then another company to rod. Still blocked - despair! Then stumbled on Happy Drains. Damien arrived promptly, was chipper and my god was he determined to get to the bottom of the issue. He was incredibly experienced, knowledgable and methodical. It took 2 and a half hours but he got to the bottom of it. I am ecstatic! Highly recommend.

Tommy and Gordon arrived within one hour of my phone call and quickly got to the root of the problem, and proceeded to apply their plunger(s) and vac to ensure my blockage was cleared. They cleared up any mess, whilst fielding calls from head office, I imagine regarding same-day appointments. They even gave me some advice on my air-trap which I would quite like them to call me on, to make sure I understood them correctly!
