The guys located the problem area quickly and kept us updated, they were very friendly. Very prompt arrival by two operatives in fact an hour early, to clear a blocked drain from my kitchen. Two friendly guys set about the blockage with a pressure hose. Can't speak highly enough of the service we received from Happy Drains. Called them up because we had a blocked drain...manhole overflowing! Lady we spoke to was very efficient, booked us in the next day and then called first thing to confirm time. Really pleasant and helpful engineer (Tommy) came, reassured us that it probably wouldn't be anything serious, he flushed it out (fat berg!), cleaned everything down and disinfected the area. Gave really good advice about maintenance but didn't push to sell us anythingl. Honestly, trust these guys, proper old fashioned customer service.
