Following initial cctv inspection, repairs were found. A comprehensive report, with the cctv footage was sent out after I had paid for the inspection. A chap called Jason was extremely helpful in guiding me through the report. Si, the engineer who came out to do the repairs was a nice chap, very helpful and talked me through all aspects of the job. I must say the quote part of the report that comes from head office made the job sound a lot bigger than it actually was. I think next time I would consider paying for the cctv inspection and report and getting other quotes for the work to be done.
