Excellent service from start to finish. Head office answered promptly and confirmed the cost and explained that they would contact a local engineer and call back, which they did within a few minutes. They stated that the engineer would call that afternoon and sent email confirmation. The engineer arrived promptly at 1:45pm, took a look at the job and again confirmed the cost. He then proceeded to rod and jet the drain to clear the blockage. He was polite and efficient and made sure that water flow was restored before leaving. From my experience, I would definitely recommend Happy Drains.
