Excellent service from start to finish. Head office answered promptly and confirmed the cost and explained that they would contact a local engineer and call back, which they did within a few minutes. He then proceeded to rod and jet the drain to clear the blockage. He was polite and efficient and made sure that water flow was restored before leaving.
