I received a quick response to my initial query, and both parts of the job were diarised quickly, so the wait was minimal. I couldn't be available on either day because of work commitments, but the jobs were carried out in my absence with no difficulty and more or less at the times given. Happy Drains' communications were good throughout, from initial booking, to time estimates and to final closure. There was nothing left incomplete and no follow-up work required in terms of clearing up. All in all, a highly satisfactory process which meant a recurring problem has hopefully been fully solved.
