I received a quick response to my initial query, and both parts of the job were diarised quickly, so the wait was minimal. I couldn't be available on either day because of work commitments, but the jobs were carried out in my absence with no difficulty and more or less at the times given. The engineer called ahead and gave me an accurate arrival time. When he arrived he was very efficient and was able to find the blockage and remove it. He made sure the area was clean afterwards.
