"Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed."

"Amazing service. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. I don't have his name but the young man who came took well over 2 hours to fix our problem which had accumulated over 40 years. He kept everything tidy, was courteous and professional and just when I thought we were going to be left with a major problem his persistence & experience saved the day."

"I called Happy Drains on Easter Saturday evening as my mums drain had become blocked. Unfortunately with it being Easter weekend nothing could be done until Tuesday morning. At 09:45 on the Tuesday a man arrived and within 15 minutes it was all cleared. Very helpful, polite man and a super service. Thank-you. "

After contacting the company, the technician was at my house within 60 minutes (for a blocked kitchen drain so not a real, real drop everything emergency!) He kept me informed of what he had to do and was very professional and efficient. Very quickly the blockages were removed and flushed out and we had running water through the system again.
