"The workman arrived on time, having given me a call 10 minutes before to say he was on his way. He was courteous and thorough - made sure the blockage was cleared and gave me advice on preventing a repeat. Would happily recommend"

"Great service from Luke who managed to get our upstairs toilet unblocked in less than half an hour. Good customer service, was able to arrange a convenient time for the visit and Luke was very polite and courteous. The price was much cheaper than elsewhere, I will definitely use Happy Drains again for any future drain blockages!"

"I called them in the morning. The person who answered was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. An appointment was booked for that same afternoon. The engineer called 45mn before arriving and was right on time. He was very nice, polite and did a great job. They all made the costs very clear all along.
