Happy Drains rang 15 mins before they attended. The attendant was friendly and personable. He had to break the drain cover to access the years of fat and grease accumulated, due to the laying of a new drive blocking access to the grate. He had useful advice on keeping the drain clear in future and cleaned all the mess and took away. This was all done very quickly. A satisfied customer. Would recommend.
