Arranged for a visit between 12:30 and 2pm. I was called at 12pm to give 30 minutes notice of time expected to arrive, and arrived promptly and on time. Discussed and assessed the problem, used water jetting initially but this didn't completely clear the blockage, so used a mechanical process which completely cleared the issue. Advised that the installation of the washing machine drainage pipe was incorrect and what needed doing (simple fix). Very courteous, made every effort not to make a mess. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend to anyone.
