They kept me informed about the visit and the engineer turned up when he said. The work was carried out efficiently and under difficult circumstances as there had been a flood and it was quite difficult to manoeuvre his equipment as there were obstacles all over the place. The engineer was friendly, informative and courteous. He explained what he was doing as he went along. The advice was sound even though he had never encountered the situation . The report was clear and straightforward . I found this a very pleasant firm. I wish they had the expertise to deal with the well, I'd use them.

I had a blocked drain (external to the property). I previously had someone to look at and they explained that the drain had likely collapsed and quoted to fix (over £1k). I thought I would double check.
