I had a blocked drain (external to the property). I previously had someone to look at and they explained that the drain had likely collapsed and quoted to fix (over £1k). I thought I would double check. Happy Drains visited and drain was clear within minutes (blocked trap) with no requirement to dig up garden and replace drains (or use a camera). 60 day guarantee inc in case it blocks again. The work was carried out efficiently and under difficult circumstances as there had been a flood and it was quite difficult to manoeuvre his equipment as there were obstacles all over the place. The engineer was friendly, informative and courteous. He explained what he was doing as he went along. The advice was sound even though he had never encountered the situation . The report was clear and straightforward . I found this a very pleasant firm. I wish they had the expertise to deal with the well, I'd use them.

"The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!"
