During some work, I had dislodged a Manhole cover and it had dropped into the Manhole its self.
On contacting Happydrains, they reacted immediately said that "someone would be out to help" between 2 and 5pm. Just over an hour later two engineers arrived and retrieved the cover: they then checked and flushed the system before replacing the cover. They couldn't have been more helpful. All in all, excellent service.

I was meant to have a survey but they listens to what I thought was the problem, told they understood and said they didn't need to carry out a survey and could unblock the drain. They then started work, got the problem sorted and gave me some advice on how to maintain the drain going forward.
