From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. The engineer turned up on time, was polite and even took the time to explain to my daughter why she shouldn't be throwing wet wipes down the toilet! He had all the latest tooling and equipment and put in a real shift. Job was done in an hour after he used a camera and found a buried man hole that was completely full!
