From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. Our drains where totally blocked. Toilets where backing up and couldn't even have a shower! I'm a pump engineer so I've got a rough idea how to fix this but after trying drain rods for two days straight I gave up and called the experts. The engineer turned up on time, was polite and even took the time to explain to my daughter why she shouldn't be throwing wet wipes down the toilet! He had all the latest tooling and equipment and put in a real shift. Job was done in an hour after he used a camera and found a buried man hole that was completely full! I had no idea it was even there. Great job.
