Unpleasant smell from drains.

"Persistent unpleasant smell from drains into kitchen sink. Eliminated problems with internal plumbing so called HD. First appt engineer rang to say earlier job had been more complex than reported and would be late for our job. Offer of new appt 2 days later accepted. Engineer (Quinn) rang with ETA, arrived in middle of time slot. He was polite, professional, he quickly located and removed the problem and flushed the whole drainage system."

Kitchen sink drain cleared

"The engineer from Happy Drains cleared my slow running kitchen sink drain in minutes. The plumbing is not straightforward but he saw the issue and cleared the blockage very quickly without wasting time. He was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards. My sink now drains faster than it has in years and I am very happy. I was told exactly how much it would cost beforehand, so no hidden extras, plus the engineer offered a 28 day call back for free if the issue wasn't resolved. "

"We had a rapid response to our online enquiry and an appointment was booked in for a few hours later. We had a phone call informing us that they would arrive within 14 minutes and they did! The outside drain was unblocked and cleaned through very thoroughly. We were very impressed by the prompt and efficient service especially the day before Christmas Eve. "

INitially cleared blockage but found root mass in the sewer so cleared that as well

"Not used this company before but when I was unable to clear a blockage in my sewer line I gave them a call. They were responsive and the engineer just got to work, identified where the sewer ran then blasted it clear. The sewer was running again within 15 mins. The knowledgeable engineer said he believed there were roots in the sewer as he could "feel" them. A camera run showed the root mass and where located. He blasted the roots from the inside then found that the majority were ingressing through the side of the sump on one of the manholes so cleared those too. Highly recommend this company"
