The plumbing is not straightforward but he saw the issue and cleared the blockage very quickly without wasting time. He was very thorough and cleaned up afterwards. I was told exactly how much it would cost beforehand, so no hidden extras, plus the engineer offered a 28 day call back for free if the issue wasn't resolved. "

"We had a blockage under the house on the drain that runs from the kitchen sink. A friend who is actually an engineer who specifies drains sad he had used Happy Drains and they were good. The engineer arrived on time and used his camera to locate the blockage which was fat and some sort of sauce that had congealed in the drain. He then used a high pressure water lance to loosen the deposit and then wash it out of the drain. All done in about 50 mins. The fixed fee of £95 plus Vat means you know where you stand and you also get a 60 day guarantee. I would definitely use Happy Drains again."
