The chap who came was very polite and friendly, cleared the drain on our property pretty quickly. Unfortunately underlying problem was in fact further up the pipe which was the water companies responsibility to fix (for free). He gave us good advice about how to get them to come out and fix it promptly. I would advise other customers to check with their water company first to avoid paying privately if unnecessary, but having said this was my error and I am happy to recommend Happy Drains for both the quality of the work and the advice they gave.

Clear a blocked external drain
We had a really bad rip off experience with 'Plumbing Force' right before we called Happy Drains to help. So we were nervous but they were great from the start. Professional on the phone, engineer called 15 mins before arrival to let us know he was near. Sean was great in helping with this and was completely cool about accessing another drain buried under decking and a fence, nothing was a problem, he went above and beyond. The problem could not be solved due to no access to a second drain, but the engineer did everything he could and we will be having them do the 2nd part of the job.
