"From when you call them, you are dealing with a real person and with that comes efficiency. Very polite on the telephone and also the drain engineers on site were very polite and just got on with the job. They showed you the unblocked drain before leaving the site and explained what I would receive in the report via email. Thoroughly recommend them and very good value. For the amount of crap they have to unblock each day, the service is spotless."

"Unfortunately the pipe was blocked with concrete which appears to have happened when the garden fence was erected. However, the tradesman wrote the reason it was blocked on the invoice which helped when I contacted the tradesmen who erected the fence."
