Damian from Happy Drains was friendly and cheerful, but always polite and professional and persistent with unblocking drain. Damian had a powerful acqua vac that was required to unblock the drain. Not an easy job, but Damian persisted and determined to get job done. No surprises with charges...exactly as quoted and very reasonable. Recommended."

"I moved into my new flat only to find that the prior owner had left me a spectacularly blocked kitchen sink. It filled up when running the tap and dishwasher, and overflowed when I ran the washing machine. Got a plumber to check u-bend, then another company to rod. Still blocked - despair! Then stumbled on Happy Drains. Damien arrived promptly, was chipper and my god was he determined to get to the bottom of the issue. He was incredibly experienced, knowledgable and methodical.
