Called Happy Drains this morning as we had a blocked toilet and shower drain. Emily on the phone took my details and said she'd call back with availability. She called me right back and said an engineer could come out within couple of hrs. Wayne arrived and was lovely. Slightly tricky job as we couldn't identify the correct drain, but Wayne cleared the two other drains on the property and continued to find the 3rd with the blockage. Prompt, polite and professional. A blocked drain causing blocked toilets just before Christmas, and on a Sunday, is not a welcome addition to the pre-Christmas preparations. I called Happy Drains late Sunday afternoon, and while they were too busy to come that day they said they would call back first thing Monday to arrange an appointment. Good to their word, they called before 8am and arranged a time for later that morning. The engineer was polite, extremely knowledgeable and cleared the drains in no time!
