Prompt, polite and professional. A blocked drain causing blocked toilets just before Christmas, and on a Sunday, is not a welcome addition to the pre-Christmas preparations. I called Happy Drains late Sunday afternoon, and while they were too busy to come that day they said they would call back first thing Monday to arrange an appointment. Good to their word, they called before 8am and arranged a time for later that morning. The engineer was polite, extremely knowledgeable and cleared the drains in no time!
