Effective, efficient and friendly.
We got in touch with Happy Drains when both our basin and bath stopped draining completely. It was not an emergency but an employee visited us within two days, carried out the work quickly and effectively with a very friendly demeanour and only charged the amount agreed prior to his visit - no additional work was suggested or required. We will definitely keep their details should we ever need their services again.

Trustworthy drain cleaning/unblocking
I emailed Happy Drains in the morning and was emailed back with a very competitive fixed price quote. On accepting the quote I was called and told they could be with me that afternoon. I then had a call when they were 30 minutes away. Extremely efficient service that went beyond what was expected. Everything was left clean and was finished within an hour . A happy company with great people. Deal with confidence.

Drains and stack pipe unblocking
Really good experience. Very polite and professional. Slightly odd reason for a blocked drain (surprisingly tiling cement was blocking the base of the stack pipe), but the Happy Drains colleague came and cleared the blockage for me. They did a great job. Easy to deal with and made the process really smooth. Good pricing too. I'd happily recommend them and use them again
