Using specialist grab tool removed gravel and a bent spoon !! from the offending area then jet washed clear and restored proper flow. Area left clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend. "After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
