The guy called me half an hour before he was due to tell me he was on his way which I like. He turned up I showed him where the drains were and explained the issue. To clear a total blockage in th kitchen sink outlet. I had tried multiple things but totally blocked
Paul and (Aemon not sure of spelling) attended. Paul checked both outdoor man holes with his camera and all clear. Aemon then disconnected the sink outlet pipe under the sink. He used his equipment to clear the blockage which was far down the pipe in an inaccessible position behind cupboards.
