Highly satisfied - a great company to deal with
Wow, what a brilliant service provided. The engineer fully explained how my drain system worked, and then told me what he was doing as he carried out his work. He was friendly, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He offered great advice, and options for the repairs, and he prioritised them. When I received the full interactive report, I was amazed at the clarity of the cctv drain footage, and the ability to understand and physically see the stages at where the repairs were recommended in the sewer system. In summary, a brilliant job from start to finish. I highly recommend Happy drains'

Clearance of my bathroom sink and bath pipes which were completely blocked.
Alex managed to clear the blockage from the bath pipe using his wet vacuum cleaner but the sink pipework has more difficult to work on due to poor access including a pedestal which was too heavy to move without causing damage to the wall. But, he still managed to improve the drainage flow and then gave me clear advice on how to improve the pipework if they became blocked again. All in all I was very pleased with the standard and professionalism of the work undertaken and would recommend the company to friends, relatives etc.
