The initial telephonic contact was friendly and helpful, and the appointment made for the next available working day. When the employee arrived, he was very professional, and managed to find the issue quickly. The blockage wasn't easy to remove (stones and mud from a collapsed pipe) and needed some extra persuasion, but eventually the water was running clear through the pipes - much to our delight. Noticed we had waste water coming up through a manhole, called Happydrains who arranged for someone to attend within 48hrs which was fantastic. Engineer called when he was on his way, he was very professional and talked me through what he was going to do.
