Very friendly, polite and professional team. They did a great job of unblocking very badly blocked kitchen sink drain. It took almost an hour, and a lot of effort, due to how bad the blockage was. Clear Blocked outside drain
I called Happy Drains to come and clear a blocked outside drain. Tommy was allocated my job. He called me 30 mins before arrival to inform me of his arrival time. On Arrival introduced himself and asked where the drain was. Immediately got to work and cleared the drain then checked there were no blockages. Cleaned up the drain which was full of fat and food before packing up. What I have to say about Tommy was he was a breath of fresh air and really refreshing to see a young man who was polite, reassuring and took pride in his work too. Great service and will use Happy Drains again.
