Within 42 minutes of my first phone call, the engineer (I GAGE) we didn't catch his name had arrived, he was highly professional and located the blockage and within 1 hour and 22 minutes of the first call, the block was sorted. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean!
