Clear blocked sewer drain with awkward access.
After a quick explanation of the problem and a look at the lay of the drains the Happy Drains guy got straight to it with a pressure water jet to start clearing the blockage. Once done the man hole access points were cleaned out and the drains flushed through to ensure all was flowing and working again. So, a good job done and left clean too.

First appt engineer rang to say earlier job had been more complex than reported and would be late for our job. Offer of new appt 2 days later accepted.
