From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. I was contacted on the day at 1.30 to confirm the appointment was still going ahead and offered an earlier time which actually was better for me. Phoned happy drains, had a camera inspection carried out, with report to follow. Max put my mind at rest and was both friendly and helpful, he then arranged another appiontment.
