He made sure there were no other problems in the surrounding drainage pipes and put everything back neatly when he had finished working. I phoned the company at 3.00pm and they said an engineer would arrive between 4 and 7. He turned up at 5.50 with a smile on his face and a massive can do attitude. He discovered the problem, carried out the work with the same can do attitude and cleared up after himself, you wouldn't have known he'd been. They also charged what they quoted, I cannot recommend this company enough, 10 out of 10.

Issue started on Thursday; two major and well known companies were called out. One visited and didn't have the necessary tools, the other the same. These guys turned up. Nothing was.
