The company undertook a camera survey of all the drains around the house and provided a detailed written report complete with recommendations for the remedial work and a quotation for carrying the work out. Work completed the same afternoon after I called in the morning detailing the problem. Everything was fine. They even sent a fellow golfer! The only (small) negative was that the details I gave in my call that morning hadn't been passed on to Tony, when he arrived to do the work - I had been trying to clear the drain myself when the brush head came off my drain cleaning kit and got stuck down the drain, making matters worse. Tony was able to recover it.

He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed."
