When the employee arrived, he was very professional, and managed to find the issue quickly. The blockage wasn't easy to remove (stones and mud from a collapsed pipe) and needed some extra persuasion, but eventually the water was running clear through the pipes - much to our delight. Two workmen arrived at the agreed time, and very quickly established where the blockage was. They jetted the pipe out and soon cleared the problem, and as a precaution checked the pipe with a camera to make sure it was all clear.

Persistent unpleasant smell from drains into kitchen sink. Eliminated problems with internal plumbing so called HD. First appt engineer rang to say earlier job had been more complex than reported and would be late for our job. Offer of new appt 2 days later accepted. Engineer (Quinn) rang with ETA, arrived in middle of time slot. He was polite, professional, he quickly located and removed the problem and flushed the whole drainage system.
