From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. Outside runoff drain to mains was backed up and overflowing.
Called them on a Saturday when the drain was especially playing up and within 20 minutes they rang back with the job booked in for the Monday. Friendly, prompt service on the phone, same again when the fella turned up. Done in 10 minutes. Didn't have to pay him then and there, but instead was issued online invoice and link to super-simple payment procedure. Brilliant. I noticed that the patio was awash with soapy water and realised that the drain leading from the kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. I phoned Happy Drains and they were so helpful. Arranged for someone to call round between 1 and 3. I arrived home at 12.55 to find them patiently waiting outside. They were very friendly and helpful. Did a thorough job clearing the drain, lifting the manhole cover and making sure the water was flowing freely. I was delighted with their service and would definitely recommend them.
