I rang just after lunch to report a blocked drain and received a call back to say that an operator would attend within an hour although I mentioned that it was not an emergency. He arrived promptly and very quickly removed a difficult and very heavy manhole and completed the work in a very efficient manner. The operator was a very pleasant individual who carried out what was a very unpleasant job in a very good natured manner. It is many years since I have received this level of service, which is what we all hope for but very rarely get.
