Kitchen Sink Drain Blockage

"Telephoned Happy Drains early morning. Was told a technician would come to me late afternoon. He arrived at 4pm after telephoning to advise his arrival time. He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed."

"The gent from Happy drains arrived promptly, explained what he planned to do, and resolved the issue quicker than expected. It was a smooth and friendly process and I'm very happy with the outcome. "

"Unfortunately the pipe was blocked with concrete which appears to have happened when the garden fence was erected. However, the tradesman wrote the reason it was blocked on the invoice which helped when I contacted the tradesmen who erected the fence."
