From the first phone call enquiring about drain clearance with Emily to the actual work being carried out was less than 3 hours. Called them on a Saturday when the drain was especially playing up and within 20 minutes they rang back with the job booked in for the Monday. I noticed that the patio was awash with soapy water and realised that the drain leading from the kitchen sink was blocked and overflowing. I phoned Happy Drains and they were so helpful.
