"Had a blocked down pipe that was causing gutter water to back up. Called Happy Drains on Friday afternoon and they sent someone out on Monday morning. Called prior to arrival and once he arrived he explained what he was going to do and what issues may transpire. Worked quickly and the drain was cleared in no time.
