The work was carried out efficiently and under difficult circumstances as there had been a flood and it was quite difficult to manoeuvre his equipment as there were obstacles all over the place. The engineer was friendly, informative and courteous. He explained what he was doing as he went along. The advice was sound even though he had never encountered the situation . "Rang up pm was told what it would cost so no surprises, arranged visit for next day am, operative rang to tell me his arrival time. He arrived on time did a quick survey of the problem and got on and solved the issue. At the end showed me pictures of the limescale which had blocked the pipe. Left with sink/drain running well.
