Clear blocked drain
They came late because of a hold up in a previous job. Important point, they did call us so we were aware of this. When they came they were polite, pleasant and knew what they were doing. Access was not easy because the manhole lies either side of a fence but they were able to remove the cover and rod the drain to clear it. I was very impressed with their whole attitude to the work and would certainly recommend this company as a result of this experience of their work.

Severe drain blockage cleared fast
We used the Basingstoke branch, and I couldn't be happier. We had a severe blockage in our main waste pipe due to previous owners dumping grease for years. I called in the morning, they came just after lunch. The engineer was friendly and knowledgeable and explained every step thoroughly, cheerfully answering my questions (I'm curious about everything) and did the job quickly and with a great sense of humour, letting me fill the fatburgs that flowed out. Price was brilliant too. Couldn't recommend enough.
