I was contacted by a very happy and enthusiastic operator and an appointment was made quickly and he turned up on time. The enthusiastic and knowledgeable operative explained and showed me what the issues were and began to clear the manhole and sewer run, then completely cleaned the area surrounding the manhole, tidied up and showed us the root ball he had also found which along with the flushable toilet wipes had caused the blockage. I highly recommended Happy Drains, they are fast, friendly, happy and enthusiastic company, can't commend the operative representing the company so well.

A blocked kitchen drain that spews water over the patio is not a fun thing. I phoned Happy Drains Ltd, who told me they would phone back in half an hour, when they had got someone to do the job for me. I had thought they might tell me nobody could come for several days, but no, they phoned me back after speaking to one of their employees, told me he'd be with me within two hours, and he was.
