When I phoned I spoke to someone who was very helpful, promised to speak to an engineer and call me back within 20 minutes, which they did. I was told they could come out that same day, which was great as a blocked pipe is so much hassle. Was called prior to engineer arriving with a time, which they arrived within and they did an excellent job, very polite, professional and friendly. The Gentlemen from Happy Drains, are first class! They power washed the drains found the faults, prepared CD evidence of damage. Repaired drains using fibre glass inserts, no need for digging up and replacing damaged drains due to tree roots and fractured Victorian clay drains. The whole job which was over 12 metres took No More than 5 hours from start to finish. I was informed of all works and it was carried out to the very highest standard. I do have a understanding of drains and found their workmanship most satisfactory. I can not thank them enough! Use this company! You will be delighted!

"After trying to clear outside gully by hand, I feared a major underground issue. After seeing good reviews, I called Happy Drains Norwich. A non urgent visit was agreed 8am-12. On the day, He called to advise on the way. Shortly after, he called again to advise that he had to attend an emergency and would it be OK in 1 hour. I agreed and he arrived in originally agreed time window. Relying on experience, he determined that the gully outlet was in a surprise position and he removed bits of concrete and old fat. Quick job but fee was ok for his experience and his very flexible wrists!"
