From phone enquiry to completion of the work was about an hour. There was a very cheery "can do" attitude which was so refreshing. The price quoted was perfectly reasonable even though it turned out to be a quick fix. I was also given an approximate estimate for further work that might be required in the future. Some good helpful advice was also given about shared drains in that the Water Board could be contacted for shared drain problems but I chose to have an immediate solution today which was offered and given and I was pleased not to have to have a battle with a corporation.

Advice on broken drain
After receiving a quote from another company for unknown number of days + parts, I decided to give Happy Drains a call for a second opinion. Will was amazing, and told me how we could fix it ourselves, and even asked his brother to send me over a shopping list to get the parts.
