"We had a rapid response to our online enquiry and an appointment was booked in for a few hours later. We had a phone call informing us that they would arrive within 14 minutes and they did! He asked where the blockage was and then got on with clearing it. No time wasted. Once the U bend had been taken apart the blockage was sucked out. Then the U bend was reassembled to show me the blockage had been cleared. All done very efficiently and effectively with very little mess being caused. I was very pleased and impressed."
