Called Happy Drains as I was let down by another drain company. I got straight through to someone who, after checking for available date called me back within minutes. I was informed that someone would be with me between 9 and 1 the following day. Next day I received a phone call around 10 from technician informing me he would be at my house within half hour. "Persistent unpleasant smell from drains into kitchen sink. Eliminated problems with internal plumbing so called HD. First appt engineer rang to say earlier job had been more complex than reported and would be late for our job. Offer of new appt 2 days later accepted. Engineer (Quinn) rang with ETA, arrived in middle of time slot. He was polite, professional, he quickly located and removed the problem and flushed the whole drainage system."

"The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean!
