"The challenge was to unblock my drain in the back garden with no rear access. All equipment needed to be brought through the house. It was too much of a risk to use a pressure washer for a single crew. However the engineer fully cleared the drain using his available tools/ equipment."

"The drain engineer arrived punctually. He made the area safe for passers by, as the drain hole cover was in the pavement outside in the street. He cleared the immediate blockage with a rod but then used the power water jet to flush out the whole pipe and clear away the accumulated grease and fat causing the blockage. At one point he practically disappeared inside the drain to remove a ball of fat with his hand! He was extremely thorough and efficient and left the drain sparkling clean! He was polite and friendly throughout. An overall top notch service!"
